Being clear about our vision and mission, to help all children realise their full potential, has never been in doubt at TalentEd but the values that drive the charity and those who are closely involved in the day to day delivery has never been clearly set out. Until now. Over the past three months the central team at TalentEd, supported by it’s Board of Trustees have formulated a clear set of values against which every action is measured.

Being Bold has always been a value the charity has been proud of, driving its founding members to take the bold steps to establish the charity in 2013, taking its message out of London in 2014 and developing its bold three year strategy to reach over 1,000 students each year by the end of 2020.

Taking Ownership of the challenges that student, tutors, schools and the charity face in difficult times means that problems and challenges are recognised and dealt with head on and with the student’s education and welfare at its core.

Working as One Team for the past six years, our continued success has come from the respect, support and trust built up amongst all those who come across the charity.

Finally, everyone at TalentEd believes in and is committed to Changing Lives for the better. It is this passion that brings the energy and decisiveness to our day to day actions.

Over the next twelve months, the central team will be working on ways to formally recognise and celebrate these values. Sharing them through the messages, actions and day to day activities across all aspects of the charity’s work.
