We are excited to welcome two graduate interns from the University of Essex. The interns will be carrying on a longstanding relationship between Essex and TalentEd, with many full-time staff members over the years having come from the scheme.
Santander support the funding of interns though their Universities SME Scheme which funds the placement of interns into small to medium enterprises, helping students get their foot on the ladder and organisations like TalentEd to find fresh talent.
Of the scheme Essex said:
We started working with TalentEd in 2015 and since that time, they have recruited 11 of our students and graduates to internship positions within their organisation. Feedback from the interns has been very positive and we’re delighted with the developmental opportunities TalentEd have provided as they are invaluable to increase future employability for these students and graduates. We’re really pleased to be continuing our relationship with TalentEd going forward.
We can’t wait to get working with our two new graduates and helping them along this exciting new step in their career!
