Measuring our impact on students is at the core of everything we do at Talent-Ed. We measure quality and impact in three ways:
Grades
We collect baseline and GCSE grades from students on our programmes, and comparison students. This allows us to compare our students’ progress with others.
Student surveys
We survey our students at the start and end of every programme, to collect their assessment of their own confidence, subject understanding, resilience, and growth mindset.
Session observations
Our tuition sessions are regularly observed by experienced teachers, which help our tutors to improve their teaching effectiveness, and ensure our sessions are of a consistently high quality.
